A Start Of a Dream.

MDJH was founded by Mr. Tarek Said, a young entrepreneur who had paved his way from scratch in Egypt’s old districts of jewellery design & manufacturing. Growing up as working kid in his grandfather’s factory operated by 150 artisans during the late years of the nineties, he had decided to capitalise on his industrial experience to follow his dream of inaugurating his high jewellery brand. As he stands today as the Chief executive officer & the head designer, his visionary management techniques & guidance allowed the company to flourish, creating an environment that caters to creativity & elegant innovation. This thriving atmosphere allowed what started as a small family business to grow and expand to fit in as industry maker by becoming a corporate tycoon within the local jewellery market.

A deviation from the standard jeweller model

Keeping a mantra of envisioning new perceptions to the market, the brand has kept a promise of challenging the norm of the local industry to bring on a new business philosophy for jewellery in Egypt. Driven by three main pillars rooted in the DNA of the brand’s authenticity, sophistication & exclusivity, the brand has formed its own equation of a fashion centric path for fine and high jewellery in Egypt, while forming a strong presence in the local market among a niche clientele base that appreciates sophistication, and exclusivity.

As it cascades from generation to another, Mr. Tarek has injected his passion to the job as well as his dedication in his elder son, Mr. Khaled Tarek. Like father like son, Mr. Khaled had envisioned an optimum formula for the brand’s scalability that is concluded in a healthy balance between his father’s experience and his energy. With a business and financial background added to his technical accreditation from the Gemological institute of America, Mr. Khaled believed in a more significant “raison d'être” that extends beyond the standard jeweller business model. He has blazed the trail to an ambitious perspective that is based on an internal corporate restructure and a collaboration of talented and innovative mindsets that paves the way for tomorrow’s vision.
